I
started Carmarthen Handyman in July 2009 when I moved to Carmarthenshire,
although I have been a handyman for more than 30 years.
I carry out a full range of gardening services – strimming, mowing, hedge
cutting, weeding, decking, erecting sheds and greenhouses, etc., through
painting and decorating, to general household maintenance – fitting curtain
poles/hanging curtains, shelving,

assembling
flat pack furniture.... well the list is nearly endless.
Mostly, I’m asked to do the kind of jobs that you would expect – gardening and
outdoor work in the spring/summer, decorating and indoor work in the winter; however,
being a “handy man” you need to be flexible with what work you do and when you
do it, I’ve carried out virtually an `A-Z’ of different household
and gardening
tasks. I’ve prepared a whole field for surveying (discovering a nest of angry
wasps in the process), restored garden furniture, laid patios, unblocked
guttering and drains, even put in a cat flap and fitted toilet roll holders,
most jobs are carried out all year round depending on the weather!
So whether you need a fence repairing, wood that needs chopping, got a broken chicken coop, need a gate mended
or made,
shelves/pictures put up on a wall, or simply need an extra pair of hands to help with other tasks,
just ask and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
